Sessions are held in person although telephone or online counselling is available on request
Fees
Counselling Adult: £50 per 50 minute session Young Person: £30 per 50 minute session Couples: £70 per 90 minute session
Concessions: Counselling trainees & low income clients: £30 per 50 minute session (Proof of age or situation may be requested)
Insurance appointments: Clients are welcomed from insurance and corporate backgrounds
Supervision: Professionals: £50 per hour or £70 per 1.5 hour session Counselling trainees: £30 per hour or £45 per 90 minute session (Associated trainee/ placement paperwork may involve an additional fee)
Please Note: 24 hours prior notice must be given when cancelling an appointments or a charge may be incurred.
Payment: Can be made by cash, cheque or bacs
Corporate rates Please enquire about these rates as they may differ to those quoted above for counselling, clinical supervision and training.
Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is taken extremely seriously and issues discussed in counselling sessions remain private to the client and the counsellor; unless clients disclose harm to themselves or others, or as a legal requirement.
Assessment: This involves completing some paperwork and reviewing the counselling contract therefore please allow a little extra time for your first appointment. The assessment does not form part of the 50 minute session. You will also be able to:

share aspects of the issue(s) affecting you, and begin the counselling process
a chance for us both to consider the therapeutic relationship
