Corporate rates
Please enquire about these rates as they may differ to those quoted above for counselling, clinical supervision and training.

Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is taken extremely seriously and issues discussed in counselling sessions remain private to the client and the counsellor; unless clients disclose harm to themselves or others, or as a legal requirement.

Assessment:
This involves completing some paperwork and reviewing the counselling contract therefore please allow a little extra time for your first appointment. The assessment does not form part of the 50 minute session. You will also be able to:

  • understand further how I work, which will help you to decide if my approach is right for you
  • share aspects of the issue(s) affecting you, and begin the counselling process
  • a chance for us both to consider the therapeutic relationship

*The decision to continue with counselling after your first session is optional; for example, you can book your next session straight away, go home & think about it before booking, or decide not to proceed without obligation.
